Warehouse Manager Camarillo, CA

In this newly expanded role,

our Warehouse Manager will manage the day-to-day warehouse and global distribution operations. Specifically, we will look to you to:
• Manage a team of twelve including interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning assigning and directing work; coaching and appraising performance; and ensuring a safe working environment.
• Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycles by planning and managing logistics, overseeing warehousing in three locations in Camarillo, and monitoring transportation services for delivery times, cost and efficiency globally.
• Ensure inventory accuracy by adhering to SOP’s regarding the accurate recording of inventory movement within our MRP System, Navision.
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets and maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
If you hold a Bachelor’s Degree (or experience equivalent) in operations or logistics management coupled with several years’ experience managing warehousing/logistics, then this may be the next step in your career that you are looking for.
Ideally, your tool kit includes an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and extensive experience working within MRP systems.
